Despite the promising facilities, room service felt lacking; ordering online only to pick it up yourself took quite a while, resulting in a late night snack situation that left us with a limited vending machine menu. the first room had a noticeable smoky odor, which was unexpected in a supposed no-smoking room, although we were quickly moved to a different space. Dining options after midnight were disappointing, as even a simple sandwich wasn’t available, which doesn't fit the profile of a 4-star establishment catering to weary travelers.

We enjoyed a night in an Executive King Room. The accommodation was spacious and clean, but the lack of staff during busy times was frustrating. The bar service left much to be desired. Future guests should plan ahead during peak hours to avoid long waits.
